Otley Town Partnership has been formed to act as an umbrella organization for Otley, bringing together the many strands of economic and community life within the town and the surrounding area. Since its formation in 1995 the Partnership has developed a vision and strategy to bring forward and monitor the progress of regeneration and development in Otley.
Currently there are 3 action groups giving consideration and support to:
- Improving economic generation within Otley.
- Facilitating organizations who are concerned with improving different aspects of Otley.
- Exploring the potential for enhancements under the Riverside Vision.
- Operating and running the very successful monthly Farmers' Market.
- Working closely with Otley Chamber of Trade.
- Linking up with the Otley Community Council through the OTP Secretary.
- Supporting Otley Rail Link Action Group in trying to get the return of rail services.
- Helping Otley Maypole Committee to maintain its fundraising targets.
- Sponsoring the Otley Walking Festival.
